Design Process

The following is the process we follow at JC WebTX Media & Design:

  1. The first step into the web design process is to contact us
  2. Once we have been contacted we begin the process by learning about you and your business
    1. Things that make the process easier are the following:
      1. Logo
      2. Mission Statement
      3. Brochures/Business Information
      4. Color Schemes
      5. Contact Information
      6. Photos
      7. Any information that you want to share to the world....
  3. After we have gathered all your information we will draw a diagram of what is needed for the site starting with a homepage
  4. Once the layout is approved we head to the color scheme (fonts-background-titles-etc.)
  5. After the color scheme is chosen we start to build a static mockup (using the photos you have given)
  6. After the mockup is approved we will begin the coding phase
  7. From this point we built a test site.
    1. Here is the functionality test - Does it fulfill your needs?
  8. After the site has been tested and approved we will move it to your server or ours
    1. We will SEO and submit the site to multiple search engines
  9. Your site is now ready to be viewed. With some training for some of our systems the site is now in your control.
